Public Relations

Protect, enhance or build brand reputation.

Our public relations team is prepared to establish and maintain relationships with you or your organization’s target audience, the media, relevant trade media, and other opinion leaders. We'll design the communications campaigns, writing news releases and other content for news, working with the press, arranging interviews for company spokespeople, writing speeches for company leaders, acting as the organization’s spokesperson, preparing clients for press conferences, media interviews and speeches, writing website and social media content, managing company reputation (crisis management), managing internal communications, and marketing activities like brand awareness and event management. We take every opportunity to research and gain a deep understanding of the interests and concerns of each of your many stakeholders. We’ll take advantage of every opportunity to effectively address those concerns using our most valuable PR tool: publicity.

We’ll identify your target audience and tailor messages relevant to that audience. Sometimes the interests of different audiences and stakeholders will necessitate us to create several distinct but complementary messages. These messages will be relevant to each other, thus creating consistency to your overall message and theme.

Write and distribute press releases

Press releases are an important part of your company's overall public relations strategy. A concise, targeted press release can lead to media attention, increased sales and an enhanced public presence for your company.

Speech Writing

Speech Writing helps you or your company conveying a message to your audience. Either through oral communication or through other means, such as slide presentations, speech writing has the same function as normal writing. The reasons for writing are to inform, to explain or to persuade your audience.

Write pitches

Write pitches (less formal than press releases) about a firm and send them directly to journalists. A pitch will: Introduce the story idea and define the angle. In other words, tell the journalist what you want written and explain the point of view and argument. Explain why the idea is timely, unique, important, and/or of interest to their readers.

Create and execute special events

Create and execute special events designed for public outreach and media relations. These events vary by industry and can be for fun or business but they're your public outreach.

Research

Conduct research of the organization or the organizational messaging. The most important and most underused tool in the industry is good research.

Networking

Organizations grow through business contacts via personal networking or attendance and sponsoring at events. We've developed our own networking within the industry and throughout our political landscape. As a nonpartisan organization we work with both parties at all levels of our political system.

Copywriting

Copywriting or blogging for an organizational website (internal or external sites). Our copywriting is intended to be written text for advertising or other forms of promotion. Copy is written content that aims to increase brand awareness and ultimately persuade a person or group to take a particular action.

Crisis

Planning and developing guidelines an appropriate crisis-response strategy when needed. It's important to define and manage the risks that are connected to the activities and media relations of an organization. We rehearse crisis situations and other activities which help prepare for unanticipated escalation of a crisis and ensure the situation is diffused as effectively as possible.

Social Media

Social media promotions and responses to negative opinions online is the newest role in protecting individuals and organizations. Social media is a tool that cannot be ignored, but when embraced correctly can enhance several aspects of brand management.
